Orders are fulfilled via our partner EPROLO. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or busy seasons. Please refer to our Shipping Info page for full details. Idyl is not responsible for delays caused by customs or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Please visit our Returns Center for full details. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

8. Limitation of Liability
