Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact us at hello@idyl.life ASAP and we'll do our best.
I made a mistake in my shipping address — what do I do?
Reach out to us immediately at hello@idyl.life. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update it. Once it's on its way, we unfortunately can't make changes.
Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing takes 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 6–15 business days depending on your location. Check our Shipping Info page for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees depending on your country.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Visit our Order Status page to track your package.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Visit our Returns Center for full details.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect — help!
