Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Sale items and final sale items are non-returnable.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@idyl.life with your order number and reason for return.
We'll review your request and send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at hello@idyl.life with your order number and a clear photo. We'll make it right at no extra cost to you.

We process returns through our fulfilment partner EPROLO. Return timelines may vary slightly based on location.
